This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy)
The Operator defines as its main goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
This Operator's Policy on the processing of personal data applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://phantomlight.in.ua/
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy:
Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;
Blocking of personal data - temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases when such processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website - a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://phantomlight.in.ua/
Personal data information system - a set of personal data located in personal data databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
Depersonalization of personal data - these are actions that make it impossible to determine without using additional information the belonging of personal data to a specific User or other personal data subject;
Personal data processing - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or carries out the processing of Personal Data, as well as one that determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with Personal Data;
Personal data - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identified User of the website https://phantomlight.in.ua/;
User — any visitor to the website https://phantomlight.in.ua/;
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
Dissemination of personal data — all kinds of actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unspecified circle of persons with personal data, including publishing personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a government body of a foreign state, to a foreign individual or legal entity;
Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed and it is impossible to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
surname, first name, patronymic;
email address;
phone numbers.
The site also collects and processes depersonalized personal data about the visitor (including cookie files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics, Google Analytics and others).
The data listed above are hereinafter combined under the general concept of "Personal Data".
4. Purpose of processing personal data.
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. 5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the implementation of current legislation.

The term of processing Personal Data is unlimited.
The User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data. To do this, the User must send a message to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address specified on the website https://phantomlight.in.ua/ with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
Before commencing cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to which the personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements is possible only if there is written consent from the Personal Data Subject to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or the performance of an agreement to which the Personal Data Subject is a party.
8. Final provisions
The User may obtain any clarifications on issues of interest to him/her regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data. To do this, he/she must contact the Operator by e-mail, the address of which is specified on the website https://phantomlight.in.ua/.
This document will reflect any changes to the Personal Data Processing Policy by the Operator.
The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
